1. Call the Imation helpline at 1-800-328-9438.



2. Listen to the menu, select data cartridges (Travan, etc.)



3. Give the representative your phone number and fax number.



4. Imation will fax you a RMA number and form to fill out, along with their return address.



5. Fill out the form, put the RMA number directly on the cartridge to be returned and on the outside of the shipping box, and ship it all to the address Imation faxed to you.
